1 · Agent identity & consent (required)

• You certify that you are the licensed real-estate agent depicted in the realtor headshot you upload, or that you are authorized in writing by that agent to use their likeness in this video.
• You certify that you have full written consent from the current owner of the property depicted to request, generate, publish, and distribute AI-generated marketing materials — including this video — of that property.
• You will not upload photos of persons who have not given consent to appear in AI-generated marketing.
• Violation of either certification is grounds for immediate account termination, refund reversal, and DMCA takedown of any resulting content.

2 · Content rights

• You retain ownership of the photos + likeness you submit.
• By submitting, you grant 20sec Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process those inputs for the purpose of generating and delivering your tour video.
• You receive full commercial rights to use the generated video for property marketing (MLS, social, email, website, print).
• You may not claim the AI-generated video is a live-action recording, use it to misrepresent a property's condition, or use it after the listing has closed with the buyer, unless authorized.

3 · Delivery, quality & edits

• Standard delivery is estimated at 20 minutes to 12 hours after order submission, but is not guaranteed.
• AI-generated content may contain visual imperfections, artifacts, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee likeness fidelity beyond a best-effort match.
• The one-shot plan includes 1 free edit; the $20/mo plan includes 3 edits per video; the $99/mo plan includes unlimited edits. Additional edits are billable at $3 each.

4 · Payment, refunds & cancellation

• All prices in USD. Sales tax collected where applicable.
• One-shot orders are refundable within 24 hours of purchase if the video has not yet been delivered.
• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in permanent account termination.

5 · Prohibited use

• No videos depicting properties you do not own or represent.
• No use for deceptive advertising, fraudulent listings, or misrepresenting the state of any real estate.
• No hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content in submitted photos.
• No automated / bulk submission without a written agreement with us.

6 · Liability & indemnification

• The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding that claim.
• You agree to indemnify 20sec Inc from third-party claims arising from content you submit, including but not limited to right-of-publicity, copyright, or fair-housing claims.

7 · Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargeback disputes, or violation of these terms. We will refund unused subscription time at our discretion.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and (where required) emailed to active subscribers.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will first be brought to good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, unless prohibited by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Last updated: July 2026. This policy describes what information 20sec Inc ("we") collects when you use 20sec.video and how we use it.

1 · What we collect

• Contact info — your email address (collected on the Stripe Checkout page when you pay).
• Order inputs — the property address you enter, the realtor headshot and property photos you upload, and any promo/dev code you type.
• Payment info — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store the Stripe payment intent id and last-4 of your card for our records.
• Device info — your IP address, browser type, screen size, and interaction timestamps for spam prevention and debugging.
• Delivered content — the finished tour video, its poster image, and its watch-page slug.

2 · How we use it

• Generate and deliver your tour video.
• Email you the download link when the video is ready.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
• Reply to your support questions.
• Improve our AI pipeline and product quality.

3 · Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy).
• Google Maps Platform — Street View + satellite images for property fallbacks (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Realtor.com / Redfin (via realtyapi.io) — pull public listing photos + agent headshots by address, when available.
• Hetzner Online GmbH — cloud infrastructure hosting our servers, located in Nuremberg, Germany.

4 · Data retention

• Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
• Order metadata (email, address, payment intent id) is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
• Server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are retained for 90 days.

5 · Cookies & local storage

We use browser sessionStorage and localStorage to remember your wizard state and paid subscription status. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on 20sec.video.

6 · Your rights

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your data (except records we are legally required to retain).
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.
• Email help@20sec.app for any of the above — we respond within 7 days.

7 · We do not sell your data

We do not, and will not, sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

8 · Children

20sec.video is intended for licensed real-estate professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here and (where required) emailed to active users.
